Here at Land Cuckoo we have been busy baking and taking our produce to local markets and events over the past few months. Last weekend we attended the Festival of Food at Shuttleworth. Unfortunately we could not tell you about it in advance due to internet difficulties but we are back on line now to give you our report!

It was a beautiful weekend with blue sky and sunshine both Saturday and Sunday. There were a whole host of stalls from cheese and meat to cupcakes and pies, innovative cooking products and great gift ideas. We took along a selection of our biscuits and cookies and had a great time chatting to customers and other stall holders alike.

All our biscuits are baked by hand using quality organic, fairtrade and free range ingredients. We have no big fancy machines just a good oven and a lot of elbow grease!

Over the next few days we shall be adding a selection of our biscuits to the website so that if you missed us at the Festival of Food or are not local enough to come to market you can still sample some of our baked goodies.
